A sixty-five year old man has drowned in a community pool in San Miguel de Salinas this Wednesday. Emergency services were alerted shortly after twelve forty, reporting that a man was exhibiting signs of drowning after swimming in the pool.
Upon arrival, paramedics attempted resuscitation efforts at the scene. Unfortunately, their efforts did not yield any response from the victim.
After a thorough assessment, emergency personnel confirmed the man’s passing. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident.
Such incidents highlight the importance of pool safety, especially in community settings where multiple individuals share the facility.
