At least four masked robbers have carried out a raid at a petrol station in Torre Pacheco, threatening a lone shop assistant with a knife before stealing cash. The incident happened late on Tuesday night, according to sources close to the investigation.
The suspects entered the service station while the employee was alone and forced her to hand over money from the cash register. The woman was briefly detained and threatened during the robbery but was not physically injured.
After taking the cash, the group fled the scene by car, heading towards the town centre. The entire incident was captured on the station’s security cameras.
Police have confirmed that an investigation is under way and officers are reviewing CCTV footage as they work to identify those responsible. No arrests have been reported so far.
