The World Paella Day Cup 2026 has selected twelve chefs who will compete to cook the best paella in the world. The Grand Final will be held on Sunday 20 September 2026 at La Marina de Valncia, where the twelve participants will cook live in front of a specialist jury to compete for the title.
The competition can also be watched worldwide via the official streaming on worldpaelladay.org, reinforcing the international nature of an event that uses paella as a meeting point between cultures. In the days leading up to the final, the chefs and their assistants will take part in a gastronomic and cultural programme to bring them closer to the territory, products and traditions linked to Valencias most internationally recognised dish.
