The Department of Culture at San Miguel de Salinas Town Council has announced new theatre and on-camera acting classes aimed at children, young people and adults. The initiative is designed to introduce participants to performance for both stage and screen.
The courses will be taught by José Macia Ruiz, an acting teacher trained at La Cinescuela Méliès in Valencia and at the Lee Strasberg Institute in Los Angeles. Classes will be held in small groups, with a maximum of twelve students per group, to ensure more personalised teaching.
Sessions for children and teenagers will take place on Mondays, with groups for ages eight to twelve from five to seven in the evening, and twelve to seventeen from seven to nine. Adult classes will be held on Thursdays, with schedules agreed directly with participants.
Anyone interested in enrolling is asked to register in person at San Miguel de Salinas Town Hall.
