Almoradí has reached a population of 23,430 residents, an increase of 482 people compared with the previous year, according to official figures from the council’s Census and Statistics department. The data, recorded as of 31 December and submitted to Spain’s National Statistics Institute, point to a stable, balanced, and sustainable demographic trend.

The population remains almost evenly split by gender, with 11,769 men and 11,661 women. Of the total number of residents, 17,296 are Spanish nationals. The largest foreign communities come from Morocco, with 3,074 residents, followed by the United Kingdom with 586, and Colombia with 541. Recent growth has been led by an increase in Spanish residents, alongside smaller rises in Colombian and Venezuelan populations.

The council has highlighted ongoing work to verify and update the municipal register, including inspections carried out by council services and the Local Police. During 2025, there were 1,462 new registrations and 1,165 removals, including nearly 300 cases linked to expired or incorrect registrations. Officials say this work ensures the accuracy and legal reliability of the data.

Births continued to outnumber deaths, with 183 births and 161 deaths recorded over the year, reinforcing the town’s positive natural balance. The council says the figures will help plan public services, social policies, and local infrastructure based on the real needs of residents.
