The State Meteorological Agency, known as AEMET, has activated yellow alerts for high temperatures in various regions of Murcia for tomorrow, the twenty-third of June. The alerts indicate that residents should prepare for elevated temperatures and take necessary precautions.

In the Segura Valley, temperatures are forecast to peak at thirty-nine degrees Celsius during the hours of one to nine PM. This period is expected to bring the most intense heat, with safety advisories being particularly relevant during this timeframe.

Additionally, in the areas surrounding Cartagena and Mazarrón, temperatures may rise to thirty-six degrees Celsius within the same hours. The likelihood of these temperatures being reached stands between forty and seventy per cent, prompting officials to warn citizens.

Local authorities encourage residents to stay hydrated and avoid outdoor activities during peak heat hours to mitigate health risks associated with high temperatures.
