The Guardia Civil has launched proceedings against two people following an investigation into alleged animal cruelty in Torre Pacheco, Murcia. A driver has been arrested after travelling without one wheel on the N-332 from Torrevieja, creating what police described as a serious danger to other road users. Several witnesses alerted the authorities after spotting the vehicle being driven in a hazardous condition.
