San Miguel de Salinas council has launched a dedicated social media campaign aimed at finding loving homes for abandoned and lost dogs and cats in the town.
The initiative will run on the council’s official Facebook and Instagram accounts, where detailed profiles of animals currently awaiting adoption will be published. Posts will include information about each animal’s background, personality and specific needs, giving potential adopters a clearer understanding before making a commitment.
Under the motto “Adopting is giving a second chance and receiving love forever”, the council hopes to promote responsible adoption and long-term care. The focus is on matching pets with the right families and ensuring stable, caring environments for the future.
Residents in and around San Miguel de Salinas who are considering adopting a pet are encouraged to follow the council’s social media pages for updates as the campaign gets under way.
