Proyecto Mastral has handed over the full proceeds from sales of its 2026 Charity Calendar, raising a total of 2,500 euros for two associations in Torrevieja.

AFA Torrevieja, which supports people living with Alzheimer’s and their families, and GAEX, which works with former addicts, have each received 1,250 euros. Both organisations will use the funding to continue projects that benefit vulnerable people in the local community.

The 2026 edition of the calendar features a refreshed design and includes striking weather photography taken in Torrevieja. The cover highlights the total solar eclipse expected in August, one of the most significant astronomical events in the coming years. Inside, readers can also find astronomical information and details about the eclipse.

AFA Torrevieja, GAEX and Proyecto Mastral have publicly thanked sponsors, sales outlets, photographers and everyone who purchased the calendar for helping to make the initiative a success.
