Torrevieja’s Youth Councillor, Domingo Paredes, has announced the Torrevieja Grand Prix Juvenil. The event will take place Sunday, 30 November, at 11:00 on Paseo Vistalegre, as part of Purísima festivities. The aim is to offer a dynamic, participatory day for local youths in a safe, lively atmosphere, building on last year’s success.

Organisers describe it as a team competition in which participants must overcome a series of physical, craft and problem‑solving tasks spread across different zones of the route. Obstacles and collaborative dynamics are designed to keep the pace engaging from start to finish. Up to twelve teams may enter, with four to eight players per team, aged sixteen to thirty.

Registration opens on Friday, 21 November, exclusively for local teams via the Town Hall’s online portal. Pre‑registration is essential to participate. Paredes has said the initiative demonstrates the city’s youth want to get involved and enjoy new ideas, and that the Council will continue to support more participative, diverse and accessible youth leisure.
