In a coordinated operation, the National Police have arrested three individuals in Rojales and Daya Nueva, including two men and one woman, on suspicion of drug trafficking and public health violations. The arrests follow an in-depth investigation that revealed the existence of several active drug distribution points operating from private residences in both localities.

These points acted as distribution centres supplying both end consumers and smaller redistributors in the area. The police began their investigation after receiving information about a man in Daya Nueva allegedly selling cocaine from his home. Surveillance and intelligence gathering confirmed this illicit activity, leading to the identification of his partner and another man as key participants in the drug distribution network.

The suspects coordinated the sale of drugs from three different homes, which allowed them to spread their operations and evade detection by law enforcement. As the final phase of the operation unfolded, officers executed three simultaneous home searches, uncovering a significant stash of drugs, including over eight hundred and fifty grams of cocaine, various quantities of hashish and methamphetamine, four precision scales, and cash totalling one thousand one hundred and fifteen euros, typically indicative of small-scale sales.

Following their arrest, the three individuals were taken to police headquarters for processing and subsequently presented to the duty courts in Torrevieja. The National Police have not disclosed the judicial decision regarding their situation, whether they were released on bail or remanded in custody.
