Madison V., the twenty-year-old partner of jailed murderer Jonny S., has been arrested for allegedly trafficking drugs. The arrest took place on the eighth of September during a vehicle control by the Guardia Civil in Torrevieja. Madison was found to be carrying nearly one kilogram of methamphetamine, known as ‘crystal’, hidden in her car. She was accompanied by a friend who was also detained but later released.

Madison claims an unknown individual threatened her with a firearm, forcing her to transport the drugs under duress. However, the judge overseeing the case has questioned the credibility of her story. Following an initial court appearance on the ninth of September, Madison was initially remanded in custody before being granted bail of twenty thousand euros just ten days later.

Her release came with strict conditions, including a ban on leaving the country and a requirement for weekly court appearances to prevent flight risk. Madison was previously linked to Jonny S., who is accused of murdering Northern Irish man John George, whose body was discovered in Rojales in January. The family of the victim has accused Madison of complicity in the crime.

Although Madison reportedly continues to assert her partner’s innocence on social media, her arrest has drawn significant media attention. The case is ongoing, with further investigations and court proceedings expected in the near future.
