The popular Orihuela Costa tourist train has resumed service this summer, offering both locals and visitors a convenient way to explore the beautiful beaches and shopping areas between Campoamor and Playa Flamenca. The open-sided road train, which first launched in two thousand eighteen, allows riders to soak in the coastal views without the hassle of driving or parking.

Operating from July to August, the train connects key destinations such as Playa Flamenca beach, Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, La Zenia beach, and Playa de la Glea in Campoamor. Tickets are reasonably priced at six euros per person, with unlimited travel throughout the day, making it an affordable option for anyone wanting to enjoy the sights.

The full journey takes less than an hour, and with regular stops at popular spots, it accommodates families, holidaymakers, and anyone looking to relax during the hot summer months. Discounts for groups of more than four people are also available, encouraging friends and families to travel together.

The service runs from Monday to Friday, with departures from Campoamor at eleven in the morning, one in the afternoon, four in the afternoon, and six in the evening. Return journeys from Playa Flamenca leave at twelve in the afternoon, two in the afternoon, five in the afternoon, and seven in the evening, making it easy to plan a perfect day out along the southern Alicante coast.
