A tragic incident unfolded in the village of Alquerías, Murcia, this past weekend when a young girl died following an electric shock on a trampoline ride. The two-year-old collapsed shortly after midnight on Sunday, June fifteenth, amidst local festivities. Despite the prompt response from emergency services, who attempted to resuscitate her for over an hour, she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three other children, aged eight, eleven, and twelve, sustained injuries but are reportedly not in danger. Preliminary investigations indicate a possible fault in the electrical system, particularly regarding the earth connection. In light of the event, a judge has opened proceedings for an alleged case of reckless homicide and injury.
