Today marks the beginning of university entrance exams for nearly one thousand five hundred students from educational centres throughout Vega Baja. Students are assembled to take important steps towards their futures through higher education. The examinations are being held at two main locations: Orihuela and Torrevieja.

In Orihuela, nine hundred thirty-four students will be taking their exams at two sites associated with Miguel Hernández University of Elche. The first site, designated for Tribunal Eight, is situated at Salesas, while students assigned to Tribunal Nine will take their exams at the Desamparados site. A total of forty-seven examiners will oversee the grading of approximately five thousand two hundred tests across various subjects.

Meanwhile, in Torrevieja, the International Auditorium hosts five hundred twenty-four students from local institutes, including those in Torrevieja, Pilar de la Horadada, Orihuela Costa, Los Montesinos, and Guardamar del Segura. These students are gathering to demonstrate their knowledge and secure their academic futures.

Although the examinations officially begin at nine thirty in the morning, all participants are required to arrive by eight forty-five to collect documentation. This gathering is an important milestone for students as they enter the next chapter of their educational journeys.
