The Ayuntamiento of Torrevieja has announced the closure of multiple public spaces due to expected severe weather conditions. Strong winds and heavy rain are forecasted for today and tomorrow in the southern Alicante coast. Alongside safety measures, the closure includes popular areas such as Parque Doña Sinforosa, Parque de las Naciones, Parque de la Estación, Parque Aromático, and the Recreational Area named after José Eduardo Gil Rebollo.
The local authorities urge residents to remain cautious in all outdoor spaces. With adverse weather anticipated, this decision aims to ensure public safety and prevent any potential accidents.
