A twenty-year-old cyclist was injured today in Pilar de la Horadada following a collision with a truck. The incident occurred on the CV-nine hundred thirty around two thirty-five in the afternoon, prompting immediate emergency response.
The Centre for Information and Coordination of Emergencies deployed a Support Vehicle for Emergencies and a medical helicopter from the province to the scene of the accident.
Medical personnel provided assistance to the cyclist for multiple injuries resulting from the collision. After stabilising his condition, he was airlifted to Doctor Balmis Hospital in Alicante for further treatment.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident to ensure safety and prevent future accidents on the roads.
