On Monday, seventeenth February two thousand twenty-five, a motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a collision with a car on a service road linking the N-301A and AP-7 near Santa Ana in Cartagena. The incident occurred around seven fifty-nine in the morning, prompting multiple calls to emergency services from witnesses.
Local police patrols and a Mobile Emergency Unit were dispatched immediately. Medical personnel from the Unit stabilised the injured motorcyclist at the scene before transporting them to Santa LucÃa Hospital.
Upon arrival at the hospital, the motorcyclist was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit for immediate treatment due to the severity of their injuries. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
As the investigation continues, local officials remind motorists to exercise caution on the roads to prevent accidents and ensure safety.
