A British man has been arrested by Local Police in San Javier after allegedly carrying out high-speed stunt driving on an avenue in the town on Thursday afternoon.
According to sources close to the case, officers detained the suspect after he was seen performing dangerous manoeuvres at speed. Police said the man claimed he did not have a valid driving licence and refused to undergo alcohol and drug tests.
At the time of the arrest, there were four occupants in the vehicle. Officers reported that one of the passengers struggled with police during the incident.
The investigation remains ongoing. No further details have yet been released.
