A man has been arrested by Local Police in San Javier after allegedly stealing a watch valued at nearly 20,000 euros from a home in La Manga del Mar Menor.
According to police sources, the suspect is believed to have taken the luxury watch while carrying out building work at the property. Officers say he used his access to the house to remove the item without the owner’s knowledge.
The arrest was confirmed on Wednesday. Police have not released further details about the suspect.
An investigation is ongoing to clarify the full circumstances of the incident.
