A forty-seven-year-old man has been arrested in Orihuela, Spain, for his suspected involvement in a burglary of five storage rooms located on the rooftop of a building. The incident was reported by the owners, who noticed that the locks of the storage rooms had been forced open. According to their statements, the perpetrator likely accessed the rooftop from adjacent buildings, as there were no signs of forced entry at the terrace door.

Following the report, a forensic inspection was conducted by the National Police, who also searched the neighbouring rooftops. During the search, officers discovered a guitar that had been stolen from one of the storage rooms. Forensic investigators subsequently analysed the evidence collected at the scene, which led them to identify a suspect in the case.

The investigation continued under the jurisdiction of the Judicial Police, leading to the identification of the man as a potential suspect in the reported crimes. Police patrols engaged in public safety operations later located and arrested him in a city square. He has since been placed at the disposal of the judiciary after all necessary police actions were carried out.
