The Guardia Civil of the Murcia Region has successfully executed Operation ‘Vamore’, leading to the dismantling of an active drug sales point in a residence in San Javier. Law enforcement arrested three individuals, who are believed to be family members, on charges related to drug trafficking and public health violations. The operation followed observations of suspected drug sales occurring at all hours, attracting clientele that included minors.

The investigation initiated due to reports of drug-related activities resulted in surveillance operations spanning six months. Authorities confirmed that the residence was frequently visited by customers purchasing various substances, such as marijuana, hashish, and cocaine. Community concerns escalated as a rise in property crimes coincided with the drug activity, allegedly committed by individuals frequenting the area.

Following the collection of sufficient evidence, a judicial authorization was obtained for a search of the property. The Guardia Civil conducted a comprehensive operation involving citizen security units, investigative officers, canine services, and drone teams. During the raid, law enforcement confiscated multiple doses of cocaine, marijuana buds, hashish tablets, and equipment related to the packaging and sale of drugs, along with over two thousand six hundred euros in cash.

The arrested individuals, aged between thirty-eight and forty-six, reportedly had no legitimate income, raising suspicions regarding the source of the cash. The operation highlights ongoing efforts by the Guardia Civil to tackle drug trafficking and enhance community safety in the region.
