Los Montesinos is gearing up for one of the most anticipated moments of its Patron Festivities in two thousand twenty-five: the eleventh Street Decoration Competition. This event invites residents to fill every corner of the municipality with colour, creativity, and tradition. Organised by the Town Hall, the competition has become one of the most participatory activities of the festivities, transforming streets into true works of ephemeral art through community involvement.

Those interested in participating can register until the first of October, two thousand twenty-five. The contest rules and registration forms are available at the Town Hall. Organisers encourage all residents to take part in this initiative, which enhances the municipality’s appearance while also strengthening community spirit and valuing local traditions.

“It is a way to experience the festivities from within, involving the entire street and spreading joy throughout the town,” said representatives from the organising committee. The competition will award the best-decorated street, considering criteria such as originality, sustainable material use, community engagement, and respect for traditions.
