A fifty-five-year-old woman has sustained injuries following a car crash in Cartagena. The incident took place at seven twenty on Sunday morning, as she collided head-on with a palm tree located near the Batel area of the Puerto de Cartagena. Emergency services received numerous calls alerting them to the accident, prompting swift action.
Local police and medical teams from the Management of Urgencies and Emergency Services arrived at the scene to provide assistance. The woman was subsequently transported to Santa LucÃa hospital for medical evaluation and treatment of her injuries.
Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of road safety and awareness while driving.
Traffic accidents remain a concern in Cartagena, and local officials urge drivers to adhere to safety guidelines to prevent similar occurrences.
