On Monday, July fourteenth, the body of a man was discovered floating near La Palmera cove in the Cabo de la Huerta area of Alicante city. According to National Police sources, the man was found naked except for flip-flops. A swimmer spotted the body around noon, floating face down and bumping against the rocks.

The National Police have begun an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the man’s death. Early indications reveal that the body showed no signs of violence, with only some abrasions and bruises likely caused by contact with the rocks.
