The Guardia Civil intercepted a vessel on Wednesday afternoon, containing nine irregular migrants off the coast of Mazarrón. These individuals, all adult males, are believed to be of Algerian nationality. Officials report that all of them are in good health at the time of their arrival.

Following the interception, the migrants were transported to Cartagena where they were handed over to the National Police for further processing. The authorities are ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to manage the situation effectively and humanely.
