The Guardia Civil has made an arrest following an alleged stabbing incident in La Manga del Mar Menor. This incident took place early on Saturday morning in a residence located at kilometre seventeen of the area. Local police responded to a report of a man injured at the scene.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a man with three stab wounds: two to the abdomen and one to the leg, while he was found inside a bath. The other man in the home, reportedly the partner of the victim, claimed the injuries were accidental.

The victim was swiftly taken to Hospital Santa Lucía in Cartagena for emergency care. Medical personnel, after examining his injuries, determined they were consistent with an intentional attack rather than an accident. They promptly informed the Guardia Civil about their findings.
