A forty-eight-year-old man has tragically died after an accident at a construction site on Doctor García Rogel Avenue in Orihuela. The incident occurred at twelve twenty-five today, leading to an immediate alert being raised to medical emergency services. A medical helicopter, a Basic Life Support unit, and a Primary Care medical team were quickly dispatched to the scene to provide assistance.

The deceased worker, originally from El Raal in Murcia, was reportedly making repairs to a façade when the accident took place. Medical authorities arrived promptly, but unfortunately, they were unable to save him.

In addition to the fatal incident, another man aged forty-seven was affected during the situation. He was treated for anxiety and suspected injuries, including a possible fracture to his hand, and was subsequently transported to Hospital Vega Baja for further treatment.
