An eighteen-year-old man has been injured in a motorcycle accident in Altea, Alicante. The incident occurred on Saturday night, prompting emergency services to receive a call at approximately eleven twenty. In response, a unit from the Servicio de Asistencia Médica Urgente was dispatched to the scene.
The medical team assessed the young man, who sustained multiple injuries described as contusions. Following the treatment, he was transported to Hospital Marina Baixa located in La Vila Joiosa for further medical attention.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident to understand what led to the incident. No further details about the condition of the young man have been released at this time.
Motorcycle safety remains a pressing concern in the region, and incidents like this highlight the importance of road safety awareness among young riders.
