The Alicante Smartphone Film Festival will hold its fourth edition from 9 to 13 December, organisers have announced. The mayor of Los Alcázares, Mario Pérez Cervera, has visited the works on Paseo de la Calle Mediterráneo, the site of new hydraulic infrastructure for the ProNorte II project.
