The Guardia Civil has arrested two men, aged 34 and 53, and a 29-year-old woman over the alleged sale of drugs from two homes in Daya Vieja and Formentera del Segura, in Alicante province. The suspects face alleged offences involving public health, money laundering and membership of a criminal group.

The investigation began after officers received information about a possible drug-dealing site in the Vega Baja area. Investigators identified two properties allegedly used to store and distribute drugs before carrying out simultaneous searches, supported by specialist officers from Torrevieja and Valencia.

Officers seized 575 grams of cannabis, 22 synthetic-drug tablets and other substances, including cocaine, MDMA and hashish. They also found around €3,000 in cash, four imitation pistols, a large machete and three vehicles allegedly linked to the operation.

The searches also uncovered numerous GPS trackers, two signal jammers and a drone. The three suspects appeared before the Orihuela Court of Instance, which ordered their release subject to precautionary measures. The Guardia Civil said the operation dismantled two alleged distribution points in the Vega Baja area.
