A vehicle has been completely destroyed by a fire on the RM-19 motorway, also known as the Mar Menor dual carriageway.
The incident happened at around 8.50am on Tuesday near the Murcia district of Baños y Mendigo. According to sources from Murcia Fire Brigade, the car caught fire while travelling along the route.
Firefighters were sent to the scene and managed to bring the blaze under control quickly. Despite the dramatic images, no one was injured in the incident.
The cause of the fire has not yet been confirmed.
