A forty-four-year-old motorcyclist tragically lost his life in a road accident in Orihuela Costa on Wednesday afternoon. The fatal collision occurred shortly before seven o’clock, on the CV-nine hundred forty one, near Dehesa de Campoamor. According to sources from the Civil Guard of Traffic, the motorcyclist crashed head-on into a truck.
Emergency services responded swiftly to the scene; however, they were unable to save the life of the motorcyclist, who died at the crash site. Investigations are currently underway to determine the causes of the accident.
The deceased was a Spanish national, and the truck driver fortunately sustained no injuries in the incident. Authorities are continuing their inquiries to uncover the circumstances leading to this tragedy, which has deeply affected the local community.
