Rojales Local Police welcomed children from the Municipal Summer School to its headquarters on Wednesday, 19 August, for an educational and participatory visit. The activity introduced the pupils to the daily work of local police officers.
The children toured the police facilities, including the communications and emergency-coordination room and areas used to assist members of the public. They also visited patrol cars and motorbikes and learned about the vehicles’ official equipment, warning lights and sirens.
The Local Police headquarters praised the pupils for their excellent behaviour and thanked the summer school’s team of monitors for their work. The visit was intended to help children understand and trust local safety and public service providers from an early age.
