A man has been arrested after a serious hit-and-run in Guardamar del Segura left a woman with severe injuries.
Guardamar Local Police responded immediately to reports that a woman had allegedly been deliberately run down. Officers provided urgent assistance at the scene and activated all necessary emergency resources to ensure the victim received rapid medical treatment.
At the same time, police began gathering information about the vehicle involved and the direction it had taken after leaving the scene. Details were quickly shared with Santa Pola Local Police, with both forces maintaining close coordination throughout the operation.
Thanks to the swift exchange of information, officers in Santa Pola were able to locate and identify the suspected vehicle. The operation concluded with the arrest of the alleged driver by Santa Pola Local Police.
