Torrevieja will celebrate Pride 2026 with a wide-ranging programme of cultural, educational and festive events from 26 June to 4 July. The initiative is led by Torrevieja Town Hall, through the Department of Social Welfare, in partnership with the association Torrevieja Diversa and other social, cultural and academic organisations. Organisers say the aim is to promote equality, inclusion, respect and visibility for the LGTBIQ+ community.

Proceedings will begin on 26 June at 11:00 with the reading of the Pride manifesto outside the Town Hall. An information stand in Plaza de la Constitución will provide resources on affective-sexual and gender diversity. That evening, at 19:30, the Palacio de la Música will host the Pride Gala 2026, featuring the play “Pequeños secretos de familia” by La Cueva de Melpómene, written and directed by José Manuel Vidal.

On 30 June at 19:00, the Centro Cultural Virgen del Carmen will hold a talk entitled “Orgullo con sentido: kit de supervivencia para organizar eventos LGTBIQ+ con impacto social, comunidad y proyección local”. The session will be led by José Vázquez-González of the University of Seville and will explore how diversity-focused events can drive social transformation and strengthen local communities.

The celebrations will conclude on 4 July with a large open-air party at Paseo Vista Alegre from 20:30 until late. The line-up includes DJ Bimba del Bar and performances by Bloody Mary and Lexi Fox, Diana Queen, Kitty del Antro, Chloe Vittu, Sobervia Malibú and Paula Muñoz with Brian Sessarego.
