Emergency services have attended to and rescued a truck driver who was injured after his vehicle overturned on the RM-F fourteen road in Torre Pacheco. The accident occurred at approximately one forty-five PM, prompting several calls to the emergency services for assistance. Witnesses at the scene reported that the driver was trapped inside the cabin of the overturned truck.

In response, patrols from the Civil Guard, a Mobile Emergency Unit with medical personnel from the Emergency and Urgency Management, and firefighters from the Murcia Region Fire Extinction and Salvage Consortium were dispatched to the location. Upon arrival, firefighters found that the injured driver had already been extricated from the truck.

The driver was stabilised by the medical team and subsequently transported to Los Arcos Hospital in Mar Menor for further treatment. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
