Part of a building has collapsed in the centre of Cartagena, leading the City Council to cordon off part of Plaza San Francisco as a precaution. Two remanded in custody after attempted robbery leaves elderly woman seriously injured

Two men aged 21 and 31 have been remanded in custody after allegedly attempting to rob an 86-year-old woman in Torrevieja and leaving her with serious injuries.
