The coalition that supported the no-confidence motion included several parties, with PSOE, Unidas Podemos, and ERC among the key backers. Following his initial victory, Sánchez retained leadership after the general elections in two thousand nineteen and two thousand twenty-three, forming coalition agreements with Unidas Podemos and Sumar.
