A tragic car accident in northern Spain has resulted in the deaths of a British couple. The incident occurred in a mountainous area of León when their sports car, a Ferrari, lost control and fell into the Yuso river near the town of Boca de Huérgano. The victims have been identified as a seventy-eight-year-old man and a fifty-eight-year-old woman.

Local authorities, including the Civil Guard, reported that firefighters had to navigate through thick vegetation to reach the vehicle, which was found upside down and partly submerged in water. Unfortunately, both occupants were already deceased when their bodies were recovered.
