Arsenal then moved ahead when Gabriel headed in from Saka’s corner, with the ball flicking off Trossard’s knee. Gyokeres had late chances, but Bernd Leno saved twice in added time as Arsenal preserved their thin advantage. The win keeps Arsenal three points clear of Manchester City, while Liverpool could close the gap if they beat Manchester United on Sunday.
