Thank you for submitting your event to TKO Radio. By doing so, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Approval

All event submissions are subject to review and approval by TKO Radio. We reserve the right to accept or decline any event at our sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication on our website or mention on air.

2. Website Listing

Approved events may be published in the “What’s On Guide” on the TKO Radio website. We may edit event descriptions or other details for clarity, length, or formatting, while doing our best to preserve the original intent.

3. On-Air Mentions

Your event may also be promoted on air during TKO Radio programming. However, inclusion in on-air content is at the discretion of the editorial team and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. TKO Radio is not liable for errors, outdated details, or last-minute changes. If you need to amend your event after submission, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Copyright and Permissions

By submitting content (including event descriptions, images, logos, or other materials), you confirm that you have the right to use and publish this content. You grant TKO Radio permission to display and promote the event across our platforms.

6. No Commercial Obligation

Event submissions are free of charge. Submitting an event does not form a commercial agreement or advertising contract unless explicitly arranged with TKO Radio.

7. GDPR and Data Protection

By submitting your event, you agree to allow TKO Radio to store and process your personal data for the purposes of event management, publication, and communication.
